PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS GENERASI STROWBERRY DI MADRASAH

This study aims to determine how to form discipline and independence in the strowberry generation, how to collaborate with parents and the community to form a strowberry generation with Islamic character and how the contribution of the role of Islamic education leadership in improving the quality of the strowberry generation. The method used in this research is library research method. Data were obtained from various sources such as scientific journals, books, seminar papers, and other publications both offline and online. The data were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that how to form discipline and independence in the strawberry generation through the formation of a disciplined educational environment, providing challenges and responsibilities, encouraging active participation, developing metacognition skills, building learning independence and providing support and positive reinforcement. Collaboration with parents and the community to form a strowberry generation with Islamic character by means of open communication, awareness raising, collaboration in character development, enrichment of religious activities, family education and empowering the community. The contribution of the role of Islamic education leadership in improving the quality of the strawberry generation is through formulating a relevant curriculum, integrating Islamic values in the curriculum, utilizing educational technology, improving the quality of teachers, forming discipline and independence, fostering Islamic character and collaborating with parents and the community.
